Q: What are the rules to Sip N' Serve?

A: We never said learning how to read was a pre-requisite for this group. If you missed the big RULES tab, we’re not sure if we even want you in our league. Just kidding!

Q: Who can play?

A: If you’re between the ages of 18 and 39, are free the last Tuesday night of every month, want to play a little tennis, are socially accepted, have some form of transportation ie. car, motorcycle, moped, an awesome 10 speed bike, your mom’s carpool, or if you’re an excellent cross country runner, come on down!

Q: Do I have to have previous tennis experience to play?

A: We don’t care if you only signed up for the girls or if you play tennis all the time.

Q: How much does it cost again?

A: $30 for five (5) Tuesdays of organized tennis or $10 a night to just drop-in. You spend more on a night out in Town or for one trip to Whole Foods…don’t lie.

Q: What does my registration fee get me exactly?

A: For the low price of $30, you will get: an awesome t-shirt, facility/event fee, balls (tennis balls…don’t be immature!), end of season party, one a month organized tennis, specials and discounts, amazingly awesome coordinators (be nice to them…you never know when they might give you free stuff!) and part of the tab covered to celebrate the night away at a local restaurant.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: You can register online under the big REGISTRATION tab on our website.

Q: What facilities could we be playing out of?

A: For the pilot season we will be playing at Ala Moana Tennis Courts.

Q: What if I don’t own a racquet? Can I still play?

A: Of course you can! However, we might laugh at you behind your back, TP your car, and broadcast to the entire league that you signed up for a tennis event with no racquet. We will have some fancy shmancy demo racquets at each site we can loan you.

Q: Can I register without a credit/debit card?

A: It is 2015. Who doesn’t have a credit/debit card? If you’re still kickin’ it old school and carry around a check book, or if your bank account is a duffel bag of money you shove underneath a mattress, we can make other arrangements.
