Players

1. All players must be between the ages of 18 - 39. If you’re 30 years old and still think you’re in college, grab some buds… a lot of them.

Player Responsibilities
1. Try to familiarize yourself with the rules of tennis. There’s no need to read all 313 pages of Friend at Court (there really are that many pages). Just make sure you can keep score and know which way to hold the racquet.

2. Player's must have a current email address in order to receive league information throughout the season. Don’t worry, we won't spam you, just important league info and fun stuff you'll want to know!

Match Day

1. Players will have a 15 minute window prior to the start of the night for warm-up. Use this time to warm up. We encourage you to warm up in your preferred method. This could mean stretching, serving, applying a fresh layer of makeup, slamming cold ones, yodeling, or texting.

2. Player’s will be given balls when they check in at the facility. You now have enough money for happy hour.

Team Match Format

1. Sip N' Serve follows World Team Tennis Format (pretty much)

2. Matches will consist of:

- Women’s doubles

- Men’s doubles

- Mixed doubles (I feel a relationship brewing!)

3. No warm up besides the 15 minutes at the beginning. Once we call start, your 20 minute match must begin. Matches are first to 6-games or 20 minutes, whichever comes first. Once the 20 minutes is up, the next match will begin play.

4. Matches can end in a tie.

5. We can substitute in players at any time during the match. For instance, if you’re in the middle of your match and your partner just isn’t cutting it, kick him/her to the curb. You can show them the love at Happy Hour later. Remember: substitutions can be made at anytime. High-fives are encouraged during this time.

6. We encourage players to be on the court cheering on their fellow players. One big happy family. Please refrain from getting into any fights. We don’t need any blood on the courts, plus our insurance will not cover you.
